Here is a list of things we were planning on doing and discussing during the off-season.
True Player Value - This will be a way of measuring a player's performance in each game, adjusted for the defense he was facing. In other words, running for 100 yards against the Titans will be worth much more than running for 100 yards against the Raiders.
2008 Projections - We will break down each team and come up with projections for 2008 based upon true player value.
Off Season Player Movement - We will track all off-season movement and make adjustments to 2008 projections as needed.
Player consistency bonus - We will look at ways to make our draft list that will allow us to emphasize players that score 25 points every week as opposed to those that score 40 one week, and 10 the next.
Late Season Schedule bonus - Since you always should go into your draft assuming that you will make the fantasy playoffs, we should give a slight bonus to players that have favorable matchups late in the season.
