Mike Martz's offense actually showed balance (20 passes, 20 runs), despite the fact that the 49ers trailed most of the game.
Tim Hightower took Edgerrin James' carries at the goal line, as expected. He will steal TDs from Edge all year long, but is not a threat to take many carries between the 20's.
