TPV Quarterback Rankings, Week 7

Here are the QB rankings through week 7, according to the True Player Value algorithm. All rankings are based on per-game averages, so Tony Romo, for example, is not penalized for missing last week's game.

The biggest winner of using TPV remains Eli Manning, who is #10 on this list, but #13 using actual values. The biggest loser is JT O'Sullivan - #14 in actual value, but #20 in TPV.
