Keep checking often, as I will be updating these picks all day on Sunday and Monday.
Matt Ryan, QB, ATL (Owned in 58% of leagues). Ryan is already being used as a veteran, with the Falcons involving him heavily in the game plans since week 4. He has a tough matchup against Philadelphia (but may throw a lot as the Falcons figure to be behind), then faces Oakland, New Orleans, and Denver. If you picked up Brad Johnson last week and have buyer's remorse, Ryan is the guy to get.
Mewelde Moore, RB, PIT (Owned in 34% of leagues). Moore will continue filing in for Willie Parker, who does not have a set return date. Keep riding Moore as long as you can, and hold on to him until FWP plays at least one complete game without getting hurt.
Cedrick Benson, RB, CIN (Owned in 18% of leagues). If picking up starting RBs is your bag, then grab Cedrick, baby. The Bengals starting RB is sure not to put up big numbers, but he looks to continue to get 15-20 carries per week.
Donnie Avery, WR, STL (Owned in 4% of leagues). Avery has 9 catches for 138 yards in the last two games, under the revamped and rejuvenated Rams offense. It looks like they are trying to get the ball in the hands of this playmaker, and will continue to give Avery deep shots.
Greg Camirillo, WR, MIA (Owned in 27% of leagues). A carryover from last week's waiver list, but his 6 catches for 74 yards keep him there.
Visanthe Shiancoe, TE, MIN (Owned in 42% of leagues). Earlier in the season, Shiancoe was a touchdown-dropping machine. He recently has become a touchdown-grabbing machine, with 3 TDs in his last 5 games. He also picks up 2-4 catches per game, making him a high-end TE2.
Pierre Thomas, RB, NO. (Owned in 14% of leagues). He should start getting a few carries while Bush is out, but his value skyrockets if/when McAllister gets hurt.
Travis Minor, RB, STL. (Owned in 0% of leagues). This is a longshot, but if Steven Jackson's pulled quad turns into something worse, Minor would get the start (Brian Leonard is already out with a shoulder injury). Monitor Jackson's status, and if he misses any time, grab Minor.
